  • Keep lowering and raising your legs alternately.
  • Perform ten to sixteen repetitions in one to three sets.

  • Keep moving in this manner, switching sides.
  • Perform 12–18 repetitions in 1–3 sets.

  • Rotate your upper body to the right while tapping the dumbbell on the floor, then return to the centre and twist to the left while tapping the dumbbell on the floor, all the while holding the dumbbell in front of your chest.
  • On each side, repeat five times.

  • Raise your legs slowly until they are in a tabletop position.

  • Try extending your arms towards the ceiling if you feel balanced in this position.
  • The alternative is to leave them in front of you at all times.
  • Start with 10 seconds and work your way up to 20 and then 30 seconds.
  • Maintain a comfortable posture with your shoulders, abs, and inner thighs squeezed together.
  • Lower your arms and legs to the beginning posture.

  • Place your hands next to your chest and use your nose to push an imaginary marble forward, lifting your head, neck, and chest.
  • Tighten your grip with your hands and bring your elbows close to your sides.
  • Press your thighs into the floor and draw your navel in towards your spine.
  • Raise the chin and bring the shoulders back.
  • Inhale deeply, then take a break.
  • If it feels nice for your body, repeat five times while holding for a lengthy time at the top.
