Introduction
Knowing when to stop exercising is important to prevent serious injury or health complications. Certain warning signs, also called “red flags,” should never be ignored during physical activity.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience sharp/sudden pain, chest pain, dizziness, nausea, or extreme, abnormal fatigue.
These red flags are signs of possible injury, cardiovascular issues, or overtraining that need rest and, in extreme cases, medical attention to prevent long-term damage.

Lightheadedness

Extreme Fatigue
